Here next to the Candian Border, which would be the Rainy River that is the border, the Ice was out by the International Bridge on April 12, which is two days earlier than last year. Althou the ice out continues up the river to Lake Of The Woods Lake, it still has about 9 miles to go before reaching the Lake! Yes, old man winter hangs in here pretty tough!! We are expecting snow again on the 17th, man enough is enough!!
