Our tulips have emerged. They emerged on the same date as last year, but the winters have been VERY different. We have planted them in a different place, so I don't know how much difference that makes. Other signs of spring are pretty much on time as well, so perhaps even though the winter is different, it is the timing of the beginning of spring that counts.
