First adult Monarch of season flying basically north along board walk at oceanfront in Virginia Beach, VA at approx. noon, 70 deg. light breeze, mostly sunny, not close enough to see sex but could definetly tell butterfly was in excellent condition as it circled me twice before movin up the beach front. LOVELY SIGHT
