I was kayaking at the south end of jamesville res. and spotted a mature bald eagle in a tree. I paddled over and took several pictures of the eagle. After about 15 minuted the eagle flew off and headed south flying over butternut creek. I also saw an osprey and two green herons in the same area as well as many nesting canada geese.
