On Monday May 5th 2003 in the late afternoon my husband sighted a bald eagle over a flooded area in our field just outside Everett, PA, near Chaneysville PA. It flew towards our house but I was unable to locate it thereafter. Last year about the same time we had 2 bald eagles visit our field for several days. We are hoping to have them back again this year. What a thrill.
