Although our tulip leaves were looking quite mishapen (probably du to the repeated snowfalls) we discovered them blooming beautifully on Monday morning 19/21. The other two were to follow soon after. These tulips are way ahead of the ones at my house which are usually early bloomers. I wonder if the straw we put on to protect them made the difference?
