Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/18/2003

Number: 1

Finally, I have been waiting and wondering if the difficult spring may have caused some problems for our little friends. Last evening while having dinner on the back deck our first little man showed up. Again this morning he is buzzing around and perches up in a tree to keep an eye on the feeders in the back yard. He goes from feeder to feeder, just to snoop and back to his favorite where he sits and enjoys. My summer is on the way at last!
