Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Phil Careless, a student biologist at the University
of Guelph (Ontario) reports spotting his first monarch
of the year on May 26th on High Bluff Island,
Presqu'ile Provincial Park. He reports that it
appeared to be a female, flying among nettles and
milkweed.
