I've eagerly been awaiting my first monarch sighting which happened on June 19, 2003 at about 12:30 p.m in the southwest corner of Maple Grove, MN. It was a male with pretty bright, intact wings. It flittered throughout my garden for several hours feeding primarily from a pincushion plant in full bloom.
