I live in the Orlando Florida and have planted a number of butterfly bushes and butterfly weed in my garden. This year I have watched two mother Monarch butterfly lay eggs and I have seen 8 of the caterpillers turn into butterflies. Right now I know of one that is still in the cacoon stage but everything seems to be going well. I can count butterflies that I see or I can keep track of cacoons that seem to have produced a butterfly. What ever you would like.
