We wrote a grant to begin a butterfly garden. The garden, which is in the shape of a butterfly, has both nectaring and host plants. The garden has been active all summer. We've had monarchs along with other species visit. We included milkweed as part of the garden and will be planting more on our campus!The garden was planned and planted by 4th and 5th graders at our school.
