I have many hummingbirds visit my yard each summer. I try to identify different types the best I can. We went through the Rodeo-Chediski wildfire last summer and our area was hard hit. When the hummers were late coming this summer I worried that they wouldn't be back, but they arrived, 3 or 4, then more until the females came and now my yard is full. I want to do everything possible to make this area into the hummingbird haven it once was. I estimate when they are all here and the babies are out of the nest, approximately 100 to 150 birds. I have 10 52 oz. feeders plus more smaller ones and fill them daily.
