While working to get ready for school opening, I looked past the computer at my home in Aurora ,CO and saw an almost perfect male Monarch resting on a fire-thorn bush. It had very good color, and its wings were full, untattered. It stayed for fully a minute and then quickly fluttered away. This was the first I have seen this year. I hope I am in the flight path!
