We are pleased to report that we have monarch larvae in our butterfly garden at school this year. At this point we have spotted only 2 but both are growing and seem healthy. We were concerned about a large population of milkweed tussock moth larvae that are competing for the milkweed. We have had monarch butterflies in our garden since July. Our pave the way project is finally successful!
