I saw a monarch butterfly on our butterfly bushes at my house. It was on the purple butterfly bush and there was also a yellow and black butterfly. I think it was called a tiger swallowtail in my book. There was also a small white butterfly with black spots one on each wing on the flowers. They stayed for quite a while.
