Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 09/14/2003

Number: 1

Tonight we sighted the Monarchs overnighting again this year in our back yard. The trees are covered with them. It is again an impressive sight to see. Too bad we weren't prepared and only had a part of a roll of film to snap away. Around dusk they all started flying in. I look forward to seeing how long they stay-- usually it is only over night.
