I had my third year of milkweed in my flower garden and this year we were able to harvest 5 larve off the 5 or so plants we had. I just released the 5 after their emergency on 9/16 and I got them tagged for the Univ of Kansas tagging project.

I plan on spreading the milkweed seed around the area I live to get more plants growing again! This shows that even with just a few milkweed plants the monarchs will come!
