I'm not sure if you call this general migration, but about every 10 minutes during a college football game, in my section, a monarch would fly by going south. I would watch as they regained elevation to go over the end of the stadium.
Then, on the way home, I avoided 2 by fate, but 1 smashed into my windshield. How sad!
