Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 10/11/2003

Number: 1

Thousands (millions?) roosting in a yard of an empty old Victorian home. Every tree limb is covered with hundreds of Monarchs. When they are flying around you can hear the rustling of their wings throughout the yard.
This yard must be a great feediing site for them. It is covered with flowering bushes.
A stunning experience!
