On thursday October 17, students in 3-405 at PS 32 in the Bronx released 8 monarchs they raised in their classroom. We found a beautiful garden in the neighborhood, rested our monarchs on the flowers and watched and waited. One by one they all flew away. We were surprised that they all flew in the same direction. We hope they survive the trip to Mexico.
