The 7th grade classes planted 63 tulip bulbs this morning. The weather was sunny and unusually warm with the high reaching 71 degrees. We have an experimental garden and a control garden which are both planted in rows. The experimental garden contains bulbs planted at 4 inches deep, 9 inches deep, and upside down. We will consider other locations for planting to test the microclimate.
