Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 11/13/2003

Number: 1

We saw tons of Monarchs at soccer practice. The whole field saw them. We pointed them out to our team. It was like a huge wave. They were black dots in the sky. At first we thought they were birds, but we figured out they were Monarchs. There were at least 5 or 6 hundred. They were all heading on their journey south.
