This is a follow-up to my last sighting: On the Plum Island beach, after dark with the tide low, I came upon another seal pup, laying just above the surf. It was dark, but seemed to be the same size and color of the pup sighted the week prior. On this sighting this seal didn't make any effort to return to the sea. Again, I'd like to know if this is normal activity or is this pup in trouble?
