On Tuesday, November 11, the Beach Park Girl Scout Troop with the help of leaders Sherllyn and Rocio Pohlman, came to West Elementary to help plant Red Emporer Tulip Bulbs for the Spring Project and to also celebrate Red Ribbon Week. The Principal, Dr, Johnson, helped choose the sight, according to the rules, and the Troop assisted students who came and planted on a day off of school. They will compete with Beulah Park School, down the street to see who celebrates spring first!
