I am on the beach at Plum Island, on the mouth of the Merrimack River. We got pounded in the last storm. It was really cool, with rows of twelve, fifteen foot waves standing, marching toward the already destroyed beach. At high flood tide all you could do was stand back from the seas and watch as the water swung around and grabbed pieces of the beach and the most daring homes.
