After several delays due to weather, we were finally able to gather our gardening group to plant our tulips. Each child measured and weighed 2 tulips and marked them when planted. We also planted some tulips at a depth of 10 inches and 3 1/2 inches, as well as some upside down. Our day time temperatures were in the mid 70's when we planted. Two days afterwards, temperatures dropped to the mid 30's and remain there.
