We went to the garden to learn about our HOBO which measures ground temperature. We were surprised to find that some of our tulips had emerged. We could see green sprouts. We think they emerged early because we have had a lot of rain and warm weather. Last night it snowed a little. We are not sure if this will affect when the tulips will bloom. We think the growth of the tulips will slow down as the weather gets colder.
