I live right down the road from the oswegatchie river in harrisville ny.I was taking my daughter to preschool at nine in the morning when i went over the bridge i looked out and there was a male bald eagle sitting out in the middle on a rock he then flew off.I spotted him the next day again but haven't seen him since.
