The cardinals have begun to sing, and are feeding together at the ground feeders. Also doves are exhibiting pre-mating behaviour.Flower buds on peach tree and red maple in our yard, as well as forsythia, were beginning to swell and show changes of color, but were stopped in their tracks by the sudden deep freeze (0-20 degrees F.) about 10 days ago.
