I observed a bald eagle perched on a limb which was hanging over the Lower St. James Street in Rosendale by the bridge which goes over the Rondout Creek. Time of this observation was about 8:45 a.m. The traffic going over the bridge didn't seem to bother the eagle at all. The distance from the bridge to the eagle was about an 1/8th of a mile.
