It has been very warm the past two - three weeks. We stopped by our tulip bed and checked the soil. We planted 21 bulbs in the fall, now we're seeing about 3 - 6 cm. of dark red peeking out from 8 locations in the bed. The tallest one is 10 com. already! It seems a little early to us, as we usually get a least one good snow in March, but the temperatures have been above average recently, and we've gotten plenty of precipitation.
