In the past 3 days, I have observed these additional signs of Spring: my Red-bellied Woodpeckers are "churring" and drumming, and the male now "allows" the female to share the suet feeder with him instead of chasing her away! Also, my male Cardinal is singing now in the morning, and the Titmice are singing in the afternoons. The male Carolina Wrens are singing clearly, and the females are "rattling" back. My native Honeysuckle is leafing out, and little green Daffodil points are up everywhere, as are those of Snowdrops and various Daylilies. Can hardly wait!!
