I saw 7 or 8 birds as I drove by a grassy open field area near my housing
development. They appeared to be feeding close to the road. I didn't stay
long to study them. Temps were in the mid 60s with few clouds. It has been
dry for a couple of days, humidity low even for Virginia Beach. Evening
temps are ranging from the high 40s to low 50s.
