Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 03/01/2004

Number: 1

Today while having lunch in Eldorado, TX, Hwy. 190, a Monarch flew past the window of the cafe, and flitted lazily around the parking lot. Later, while we were traveling east, a second one flew high and fast over the highway going north.

The skies were bright blue, the wind was out of the north-west and the temp. was probably in the 50's. Pretty chilly out there.

Fun to know they are back with us.
