First Barn Swallow of the Spring 2004 Season observed March 16th at 10 am in McKinney, TX! Today's skies are clear and AM temps were nearing 60 degrees with expected highs in the upper 70s-- spring has arrived in North Texas! The lone barn swallow was flying under and around a covered horse arena and then went flying off to scout out another nearby horse barn.
