My son and I watched a pair of mature Bald Eagles chase off a Golden Eagle over the Blacksmith Fork River in northern Utah.
The aerial acrobatics were superb as they dove at each other, or rolled on their backs with talons bared. No feathers were lost, and the Golden finally decided to hunt the foothills of another mountainside where there would be less harassment.
