Ice-Out

Date: 03/19/2004

Number: 1

Thin layer of ice on Rockland lake this morning. Wind pushing ice along shore is making a wonderful crunching noise.
Ice is gone by the afternoon.
It is possible lake was ice free already in the past week
but I belive today is the last day ice will be observed on our lake.
