My class checked our tulips at lunch and found about 3/17 bulbs emerging. Other bulbs closer to the building and in a sheltered area had emerged more than two weeks ago so we were getting worried. Since we followed the test plot requirements, we could see how planting the bulbs in different spots make a difference in their growth.
