We have emergence! Today, 3/27/04, tiny tulip plants are up out of the soil in our small garden. Earlier than last year. Could it be that we have had many above average temperature days recently? Past year records: 4/11/03, 3/22/02, 4/9/01, 3/16/00, 03/20/99, 03/26/98
