In the afternoon of a sunny, warm, very windy day, we saw two bald eagles. They were playing in a thermal that formed over a small lake. There were other birds flying with them, but we aren't certain what kind they were. (Maybe juveniles, maybe red tail hawks?
We also accidentally scared a muskrat that must have been soaking in the sun on the dock we found.
