Just returned from visiting south Florida where during last 2 weeks I saw a
total of 3 monarchs at a lake on a community college in Broward County.
They seemed to be fairly fresh.
Other butterflies included LOTS of orange Ruddy Daggerwings, a few Julias,
few Zebra longwings, and few sulphurs and whites. The Daggerwings and
Julias were seen at a cypress swamp nature preserve.
