have become very interested in the monarch
butterflies that come each year to some plants I have in my front yard (in a
protected place). I can't recall the name of the plants (yellow flowers),
but ever since I planted them about 2 years ago, we've had eggs,
caterpillars, pupae a few places, and then hopefully butterflies. I'm
fascinated by the process. Yesterday I counted probably 10 caterpillars on
the plants, and the plants have been completely eaten now, all except the
stalks. I've seen only two pupae so far, but expect to see more.
