We have been away from school since the 7th of April for our Spring Break. Many people have come by to check on the flowers, and although they have been growing they had not bloomed. Even this morning when I arrived at school there were lots of stems, leaves and buds, but no flowers. Then at lunchtime...lo and behold...blooms! Bright, beautiful red blooms! It's terrific. We're all very excited here!
