Started a new butterfly/hummingbird garden this year along the south side of the house. Already have planted marigolds, rudbeckia, liatris, phlox subulata, and eupatorium maculata. Will add monarda didyma, echinacea purpura, and phlox paniculata later this month. We're progating autumn sage cuttings for the garden as well. We will also start some buddleia cuttings and swamp milkweed seeds to add to the plantings. A friend has promised me a trumpet vine for the hummers.
