Our tulips have bloomed! However, many of them were eaten by deer. We spotted deer footprints all around our planting area in the mud. Our experimental "what if" tulips bloomed as well. Our "what ifs" were a bulb planted upside down, one only 2 inches deep, one 10 inches deep and 2 bulbs planted right next to each other.
