The tulips that were planted this fall by McKnight Elementary's third grades are finally blooming. Unfortunately many planted this year on the butterfly mound were nipped off by the deer. There are red tulips from years past blooming all around the school grounds. They are stunning! The warm temperatures( 74-78) over the weekend must have encouraged the bloom because there they were when we arrived Monday (19th)morning. Thank you for allowing us to participate in this program.
