I found a baby bird in my backyard, it looks like a baby robin. It has feathers and it's eyes are open but it is not ready to fly yet. The weather was mild today so I'm not sure how it got out of the nest. I moved it off the ground and bedded it down in some straw but I don't guess it has much of a chance. Do all birds that fall out of nests meet an untimely end?
