About one-third of our tulips have blossomed this past week. All of them have emerged from the ground but the rate of blossoming is different. The sun light path over this area, which is oval- shaped, seems to make a difference in the amount of sun hitting the plants. Perhaps some of our bulbs were planted deeper than others. We are investigating the reasons why there is a difference in flowering times. The ones that have bloomed are gorgeous!
