Editorial content on above sighting at Cortland, OH: We live on far west side of city, Bazetta township, west side of Mosquito Reservoir. Known from friends to be great Ruby habitat. Had several pairs last year. Cortland is north of city of Warren, north of Youngstown. I personally have seen what may be two mail scouts as both have taken off to different parts of the property after each feeding. No females yet. Be well. Enjoy their return! Happy spring!
