My yard has been a site included in a Smithsonian project for 2 years and as a result, several birds have been banded in my yard. On 4/22/04 I spotted one of the banded Robins which was banded in the Spring of 2003. This was very exciting since resighting banded Robins in a subsequent season is rather rare. She is one of the 25% of robins that survive migration.
